**12 WEEK CHALLENGERS! - Jan 8th

Hi Guys! There seems to be alot of recipe sharing going on around here. Well, I made a pound cake today, using alot of chocoalte from the cupboard:) Now I just can't eat the pound cake! LOL I won't bother with that but I would have kept eating the chocolate that was lying around everywhere!

Todays workout was CF Mix and Max,GS Back and abs. Good workout and long enough!

Jacque - Don't mind me. I'm a self-proclaimed cardio wimp. ;-) I keep trying but I'm not like those people who breeze through a workout on an 8" step and complain it's not hard enough. }( You'll do fine.:)

Good Evening everyone. Tonite was 30min on treadmill, 20min lower body, and 6min of abs. Eating was ok today to. Brkfst. granola cereal, grapefruit, and wheat toast from Sara Lee my husband works for them. Morning snack yogurt and banana. Lunch broiled chicken breast, fettucine alfredo, and carrots. No afternoon snack. Supper was Tuna potato casserole, will all lowfat ingreds. My Timesaver Blast Dvd arrived today, and Thursday my protein powder should arrive.
 
Hi everyone! I haven't read your posts in 2 days. Sorry about that. Yesterday we drove 13 hours and made it to MT. The conference in Big Sky, MT is awesome. Today we went to West Yellowstone and got to go snowshoeing for 90 min. It was so much fun and so beautiful. I am not sure what tomorrow holds. Maybe some X-country skiing. My weigh-in day should be tomorrow but I won't be at home to weigh so I might just wait until next Wed. I hope I lost some weight.
