Lorie** Good job on the workout. I am focused. Im not looking for fatloss or weightloss just more muscle definition for tank top season thats just around the corner. If I keep working out like I have, that shouldn't be a prob.
Kath** Yeah on the jeans! I have a pile of jeans in my closet that are to big for me so I offered them to a friend. SHe came over to try them on and they were all to tight, I couldn't beleive it. I am 5'4" 117 lbs and she is 5'0" 114 lbs. You wouldn;t think that there would be that much difference in us. When she left I thought, maybe those pants she tried on will fit me if they were tight on her. They were awful!!! Waaaaaaaaaaay to big! Im glad I didn't try them on in front of her.I guess I have alot of muscle while she just walks.
So yesterdays workout was a long painful one and today I will be just running and abs. Later this week I plan on getting in the floor work of GS legs as well.Sometimes I find the floor work to be more effective then the weights part of it.
Meals today:
M#1-Protein pancakes
M#2-Shake
M#3-Either pita pizza or something else BFL
M#4-Meat,veggies and sweet potatoe
M#5-I may bring a shake to work with me.
Todays meals are a little off b/c Im going to be asleep longer then usual. I also need to run to the store and get a couple of things I ran out of!
