I hate to say it, but I didn't work out today either. It's been two days in a row of being lazy. I have been having a hard time sleeping at night so I took a tylenol pm and I was so groggy this morning. I had plans to work out later, but if I don't do it first thing in the morning, I never seem to.

Lizzy--don't beat yourself up about not working out, just try again tomorrow--pick one you really like. I noticed on another thread(the ww one) that ww seems to be producing good results for you, so thats a good thing. And yes those tylenol pm's screw me up too. I try not to take them very often, because I feel so rotten the next day.

Lori--2500 cal doesn't sound like you blew it. I mean just think how much you would have eaten if you had really just cut loose. I am convinced that on binge days when I just go crazy, I could easily eat 3500-4000 cal--anyway--just put it in perspective. It sounds like you work out really hard too.

I did PS BBA and 20 min of stationary bike today. Eating pretty well, but it could be cleaner:9

Today I did SJP. Really love that workout!! I have a hard time doing planks, my arms get so tired quick. I only do a few seconds of them. Anyway, hope everyone is doing okay.

Lizzy-I don't have SPJ (yet), but planks kill me too. I had never even heard of planks until I found Cathe. I sort of have a love/hate thing going on with them. I did Step Fit today. My knee felt pretty good, so hopefully I can do more intense stuff on my next rotation.

We have a snowstorm here in Portland (actually freezing rain now) and I am worried that the power is going to go out--just a little aside here.

I am going to check out the ww site--just to see. I have a hard time following diets, so I don't know how well I would do. If my calories go too low I just get sooo hungry, then I overeat. Do you know if they add extra points for nursing?

Oh Yes, I am still here!!!! Everything has been going well. I am going to do Step heat today. My knees have been bothering me, so I am going to let them take a little rest today, and work my core a little harder. My average calorie intake was 1890 last week. I would like it to be a little lower, but I am still hungry. I haven't weighed myself since I started, so I do not know if I have lost anyw eight or not. The scale and I do not get along!!!! Have a good day everyone.

Hi everyone-

I did MIS today and did 4 big girl pushups, which is a big accomplishment for me. The rest I did on my knees. My weight is down 2 pounds which is rather fast for me, so I wonder if the scale is doing something weird, especially because I have focused so much on strength training this last 2 weeks and lower level cardio. Anyway I am stoked because this is the lowest the scale has registered since my post partum weight loss journey.

Lori--I sympathize with the knee thing. I have an old knee injury that I got when I was 15--hit by a car and tore it all up. It really started to bother me during my 4th pregnancy when due to complications with the baby I let myself get way out of shape. It is recovering, but if I do too much too fast it hurts and swells upx(
Sounds like your eating is great. Don't pay any attention to the scale. The only reason I do is that I am really overweight. Once I am within 15-10 lbs of my goal( which seems like a long ways a way), I will pay less attention. Don't let yourself get too hungry:)

Hi everyone,
I had a long day at work (8:30am-8:00pm), so I didn't work out today. But tomorow morning I want to do KPC/Legs and Glutes premix. I haven't done any L&G, so I'm looking forward to it. I have work in the morning, so I hope I don't talk myself out of it at 5;30.
Maggie, I'm not really sure of the points if you are nursing. You can go onto weightwatchers.com and go into the message boards. I go there alot for questions and support.

I asked on the WW board about breast feeding. You get 10 extra pts. a day if you breast feed exclusivly. If you don't nurse exclusively it is 2 points a feeding, not to exceed 10.

Hi everyone,

today is my rest day, so I am not going to do anything even though because of an ice storm we are having I am totally stir crazy.

I feel like binging today, but a visit to the boards and some great encouragement is keeping me on track.

Well I did KPC/LG premix and enjoyed it. I will try to get up early again tomorow and do something, not sure what I will do though.
Enjoy your rest day!! I have been taking way too many lately. Getting back on track!

good for you, Lizzy. I am so jealous--you have BB and on DVD. I am still in the video world and I promised my husband I wouldn't buy any more workouts until this summer. Anyway we are going to buy a DVD player this spring. What kind of player do you have? Does it work well with all of Cathe's workouts?

I plan to do Power Max today.

If you come across some extra $$, I would definetly go for the BB DVD. It really is awesome. So many workouts. The player that I have is Samsumg 5 disc. Got it at best buy on sale for $100.
Today I am going to do Supersets with the cardio from Body Max.

Really? That seems reasonable for the 5 disk players. It doesn't sound like you have any problems with it either. Thanks for the info. I can't wait to start investing in DVDs.

I did do Power Max yesterday and today I did PS CST and 20 min stationary bike.

My eating was not great this morning. I made a big breakfast for my husband and oldest son who spent an hour or so shoveling snow out of the street and driveway. Then I helped myself. I have a good plan for the rest of the day.

Did Step Fit today. My arms and shoulders feel really weak from yesterday's workout. My eating has been pretty good for a sunday--usually I eat way too much right after church because I don't eat a good breakfast before due to time constraints.

Didn't have a chance to work out today, but tomorow I will do Bodymax. I bought pringles today and that was a huge mistake. I was so hungry, I caved in.

Mmmmmm Pringles....Well, don't give into guilt, I think that only makes things worse--then I feel like eating more because I feel like I've blown it.

Today I did PS BBA and 20 min on the stationary bike. Tomorrow I will weigh myself:eek:.
