HI to everyone -- such an upbeat crowd today and I do like reading all the weight loss. Hope to add my name to that tomorrow, I will weigh in tonight after my workout.
Lorrie - thanks for posting your numbers. I need to get my act together on that. Part of me doesn't want to bother, just the number on the scale should be enough. But OTOH, I think it will help boost my motivation. Hmmmm, we have tape measures at work, maybe I'll duck into the bathroom tonight and measure everything. ha. Better than finding one around here at home!
Gayle, this must be a hard day for you. I can't fully imagine the challenges you've faced. And you're always so full of spirit and energy - definitely you haven't let life's circumstances pull you down. Makes me feel like if you can do it, I can too.
I did Low Max last night, that is sure a fun workout. I never do it with 2 risers, it just feels too freaky, like I'm constantly trying not to trip. My HRM says it's still doing its job though. Tonight will be either another cardio or I may start my weekly weights cycle. Good eating still happening. I resisted quite a bit in the breakroom last night but it was easy because I was so frantically busy. I had almost 2 hours of OT this morning - yikes. Difficult night, a patient's electrolytes started out terrible and just didn't improve no matter what we pumped into her. And she was a super-brittle diabetic so I was pumping her up with sugar in between boluses of lytes too.
