Gin-YEE HAW!!! You should have worn the Texas outfit you have on in your avatar! LOL And what is “stock show day???”
Roxie-I have to say that the advice Jonahnah gave you sounds very good. I love LIC, and MANY times do just the cardio pre mix.
Andrea-I’m glad you told us you were from Australia. I could tell by the way you ‘word’ things that you were from ‘somewhere’! LOL (and I’m not making fun, just sayin….)
Amelia-if it’s intervals you want, I’d have to suggest iTread set 13 or 19. Both are 30 minute interval workouts. The iTreads are great for ALL levels, as they give you guideline speeds for walkers, joggers and runners. You can even put yourself somewhere in between there too.
Kath-I could just picture that smile plastered on your face! As for local runs/races. GO FOR IT! What have you got to lose? You’ll get a good idea of where you stand against YOURSELF and then the next race, it can be all about BEATING YOU! Oh, and all I drink is water…..plain and natural. Nothing else!
Kelly-sorry, can’t help on the hernia situations. Hope DH is feeling better soon!
Well, work/school was interesting. As I walked to school (it’s about a mile one way), I started passing THRONGS of the high school kids headed toward the Middle School. I stopped and asked a teacher and he told me there was a written bomb threat and that the HS kids were getting evacuated to the ES and the MS. So, I walk into the cafeteria at the ES and see 100 HS kids! LOL We ended up having all the ES kids get their lunches and take them back to their classes. Interesting. Never a dull moment in a school, hugh?
