*** 12 Week Challenge Jan 30th ***

Hi everyone. Well, I have had a cr@ppy week of eating. I do fine during the day but have been craving sweets like mad at night. I gave in the past 4 nights and had ice cream. But, that's enough of that! I am re-focusing myself and concentrating on eating healthy again. I was good for 3 weeks then I slacked off because I didn't feel like planning/cooking and that was not pretty!

This morning I did Supersets again with leg work substituted for core work and did my own core work afterwards.

Lori - Your pictures are great. Also, DS is so cute with his hat on backwards.

Becca - Thanks for your thoughts about TBS. I'll have to add that to my to buy list.

Nancy - I hope you feel better soon.

Roxie - I am sorry that you are discourage. Me too, but we can do this. We just need to re-focus.

Good afternoon ladies!

just popping in to report my workout. Did imax2 intervals 1-5 plus warmup and then BFL style squats,plea's,calve raises and then lunges! Its been a pretty busy morning.

I did get my treadmill last night,haven't had a chance to put it together x(! I excited though,maybe tonight DH and I can put it together!

I hate to post and run :-( I wil catch up with everybody later this eveing or tommorrow!
 
Hi All! I did Amy's Hi/Lo Dome today and will follow it up this afternoon with Amy's Slo Mo Chest and Arms. I had a good time with the HLD this morning.

I've been eating well, too. I'm really enjoying this challenge.

I don't like the step routines in 1,2,3 they are alittle confusing for me, but I do like the wt. work and #5 is kickboxing and I enjoy that one.
 
Blech. Was attacked by the Oreos this evening. Ate my workout's worth of calories in cookies tonight. Could have been worse, I suppose - I could have skipped the WO today.

Tomorrow is supposed to be weights. I should do PUB so I hit all the UB parts since I skipped Tuesday, but I may just do one of the Gym Style upper body DVDs anyway. We'll see how I feel in the morning. Hopefully I can talk myself into getting up - it's supposed to be another COLD night.

Late checkin for me. All you early-risers are probably all in bed. :) I was tired this morning and my bed was comfy cozy so I slept in. School was cancelled because of the cold and DH stayed home with them. I really, really wanted to be the one to stay home but I had a lot to do at work and it ended up being a productive day.

Tonight I did BM2 Cardio Blast. Eating was on-track today but I did have a homemade oatmeal raisin muffin after my workout I probably should have skipped. It was healthy though - yogurt and applesauce instead of fat and only 1/2 c. brown sugar.

Good evening all! I thought I checked in this morning but I didn't. I did LIS and biceps and triceps from 4ds. Eating was great today, I had an chicken omlet for dinner and had some ground beef with a little cheese and onions this morning.
