Good Morning!
Just wanted to get us started! Im up early to get my workout in and of course as soon as my two feet touch the floor the dogs have to go outside. Now they are scratching to get back in...so I have to hurry
Todays workout is GS B,S,&B and a run. I have MAJOR DOMS in my chest from yesterdays workout! And of course the F*&*$ng scale is up again today! Sorry! Just had to swear! Im hoping its water weight but I have offically went from 117.8 to 121 in 2 weeks...I know my eating hasn't been the best but I couldn't have eaten THAT much! Is it possible to gain that much muscle? I don't think so. I am up a 1/4" in my hips and waist...so I know I didn't gain muscle there
