12 Week Challenge Check In 06/20

HA HA! I wish, Karen!:p Friggin' trigger finger gets me in trouble every time!:) LOL

I am aimin' to be poolside with a frozen alcholic beverage in hand by 2pm tomorrow!!!:+ }( :+ :9
 
Gloria: I almost forgot to tell you, I got my new vid "slim lean and defined". I previewed some of it. Looks pretty good. I am going to try to do it tomorrow morning! If I do and I have time, I'll post a review of sorts for you in the check in!:)

It's chaptered something like this:

warm up (5 m)
beginner work out (20 m)
advanced work out (25 m)
abs (8.5 m)
cool down/stretch

I only viewed some of the warm up and some of the advanced work out. I would probably normally opt to do both work outs back to back but tomorrow I'll be tight on time so I'm going to do the w/u, advanced, abs, and c/d.
