11/7 Cathe-ites daily challenge

The nice thing about getting into work too late and also having to leave extra early is that is LESS time I will be tempted by all the junk food !!!

I would think it is ok as long as it is a "managed" and carefully planned part of your diet.

Ah, but Shelley can't eat it tomorrow or Friday either!

I'm doing well so far. I have a student shadowing me today and I've been too busy to even think of a snack. The hard part will be late this afternoon, when I'm at the grocery store and starving. Maybe I'll buy some water to sip on.
 
I made it! Did everyone else make it? Man, those chocolate bars were SO tempting, but I resisted. Now just two more days to get through.
 
I am hanging in there, although I had an ooops a couple hours of go when I ate a couple pieces of caramel popcorn and then realized I was part of this challenge !! OOPS !!! So I stopped and have been good ever since !!! I will be going to bed in an hour so I should be ok for the rest of day.
 
I think I did ok. I had a run in with some Tostitos at work, and a snack pak of chocolate animal crackers. But I had no candy or cookies or cake or fried food so I think I made it through the day.

Still waiting to see tomorrows challenge. Rose thanks for doing this I really like it.

I did it! I managed to avoid every manner of junk. I had a little microwave popcorn last night -- one of the low fat varieties -- but that's it. I've been eating soup for 2 days now so I think I can afford it. I've also been great about drinking water -- about 96 oz per day!
