Aaahhh, a good for you challenge that is fun to do also !

1. Add an extra 15 minutes or so of stretching to your routine today.

2. Drink your water for the day !!

I will have to do mine after work, but that is ok. It will feel so relaxing !
 
I almost forgot about this challenge!

I'll try my best to get in some stretching. Tonight is a busy evening/night for me so I'm not sure if I'll get anything in. (Couldn't manage to w/o before work...:()

I won't have time to work out tonight - I have an appointment after work. But A stretch will be mandatory, no matter what time I get home.
 
I accomplished this challenge before I even remembered it was the challenge today.

I did Karen Voight's Yoga Power DVD which has two workouts on it--Yoga for Strength and Yoga for Stretch. I did the strength one (30 min.) and followed it with the stretch one (20 min.). I did it this morning while DSs were at school so I have more free time this afternoon.
