MY challenge will be to run a mile as quickly as I can. Actually, I would just be happy to run a mile, period.

My exercise challenge is to actually DO some exercise. I took two rest days this weekend. Ugh.

So tomorrow is HIS cardio and B&G Standing Glutes and Abs.

And I'm at home, so I can definitely do the water.
 
I'm doing HIS Chest & Back. I'll add on segment 2 of coremax as my challenge. Water will be done to.

I've got killer ballet class tonight and already started on the water. I too took two restdays this weekend and need to get my butt in gear!
 
Hey, 30 minutes isn't measly if you are working hard!:7 I did a hard 30 minute go at it on my elliptical, plus 15 minutes, moderately hard. Was proud of myself, I pushed really hard, got a little anaerobic there for a few minutes! Does that count for the exercise deal?:) I have downed two quarts of water, one more coming with tonights B&G workout. Thanks for letting me participate.
 
Hey all !

I just finished doing my 1 mile. I am not proud of my time (15 minutes...average of 4 miles per hour), but I did it, and I WILL slowly work my way to get it done in 10 minutes. It will take time, but for now, I am glad I even got on that darn treadmill !!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I couldn't do it tonight. I could barely make it through HIS chest and back. The thought of abs was overwhelming. I'm challenging myself to take a long hot bath and not feel too guilty about not doing my challenge.
 
I did the LIC Cardio Blast Timesaver (clocking in at 48 minutes)last night!

Yay! One challenge down; 9,999,999 to go! Woo HOO!!!!:7
