108 eggs

They are, aren't they, Haydee? On the other hand, I'm the sane, calm, reasonable one who will be in bed by 9pm each night and not causing a rucous. I'll try to keep them in check over the weekend, but honestly, I can't promise anything.....}(

Hola Lunacat,

I have a couple huevo ideas for you, but they are pretty boring. You could hard boil some and make egg salad sandwiches. Do you eat the yolks? If not, you can freeze just the whites for up to 6 months (I'm pretty sure it's 6 months...). I don't think the yolks freeze very well. If you have a garden egg shells are a great natural way to keep slugs off you plants, just put a circle egg shells around the plant you want to protect.

Have you considered setting up a roadside stand? "Lunachick's Farm Fresh Eggs: Really, really, really, really, really fresh! I laid them myself!"

And a word of advice, stay out of the hen house for awhile. Stay off the farm, for that matter. If YOU eat them, doesn't that make you a cannibal of sorts? My father in law once asked if I was a cannibal because I ate raw potato but I never figured that out.
