haha! I got to 171 on my knees...i keep meaning to re-start on my toes!
I've been working on my bench press so I should be able to do both and see great gains..... thanks for the reminder!
I stuck with it for quite a long time. I exceeded the 6 week program . NOt sure how to look at that! ANyway, I never actually pumped out 100 at a time but I did see huge improvements. I got derailed right before Christmas when I started having shoulder problems. I'm hoping to get it back up to speed & back to those toe push ups again!!
