I slept in today & did my WO after the kids got on the bus. BodyMax today for me with day 1 of week 2. Wow I can tell a difference, it wasn't so hard today!!! Of course today is the "easy" day.
With the push ups on the chest portion of BM I did go to my knees though. I don't want to overdo it with my shoulder.
I did Week 3 day 2 today: 20/25/15/15/24. The last set was supposed to be at least 25, but I went down for #24, and I just could not get back up. Whew. Then I did L&G. I feel pretty wiped out; I'm going to assume it's hormonal. Hopefully I'll be back to normal in a few days.
