Did my end of week 5 test today, and I managed to do 50. Pretty good, but only 5 more than I did in my last test. So I did the rest of my workout, which was the Back & Biceps premix from 4DS, plus HIS step. Then I tried the test again, and did 50 again.
For some reason, once I hit 40, it all falls apart. So it looks like I'll be doing column 1 for week 6 next week. I have a feeling it's going to take me longer than 6 weeks to get to 100.
But on the bright side, I feel like I'm getting so much out of the pushups! My arms and shoulders look nice and toned, and because I've been doing pushups almost every other day, I have cut back on the heavier weights for now, and have been doing more cardio. As a result, I feel like things are toning up, like my abs and arms.
So maybe it's good for me to tack on some more weeks of pushups!
Wow, you ladies are very impressive! Becky, WTG on the chest presses! And Tami, you go girl! I don't think I'd be able to do PUB AND pushups, no way!
