100 Push up challenge Wednesday

Good Morning. No push ups today but sure got some DOMS!!! Between the push ups & PUB :confused: feelingit!! Finished the other sets of push ups yesterday throughout the day. Does that still count?
Today I did KickMax & may be feeling my legs later - those leg drills kill!

Still no push-ups, but more German volume training. Today was squats, hamstring curls, shoulder press and chest press. I couldn't go very heavy on squats b/c the bar was making my arm go numb. I could definitely tell a chest press difference though! I started with 15 lb dumbbells, moved to 20, then 25, and finished (barely) with a set of 6 @ 30 lbs! I may not be able to do push-ups until next week, but I'm optimistic that I might be able to complete 2 toe push-ups! :D

I hope you're all getting a taste of Indian summer! It's gorgeous here this week!

We've had great weather here (NY) for about a week now. It's about to end though :(. Cooler temps & rainy I believe.

Great #'s on your chest press!!! That says something! Not sure I could bench all that. On PUB ysterday I crashed on the heaviest set of bi's. I had 15 #'s & said "OH NO this ain't gonna happen" so I did alternating instead. Feeling it today. I bet you see improvement on your push ups!!!
 
Did my end of week 5 test today, and I managed to do 50. Pretty good, but only 5 more than I did in my last test. So I did the rest of my workout, which was the Back & Biceps premix from 4DS, plus HIS step. Then I tried the test again, and did 50 again.

For some reason, once I hit 40, it all falls apart. So it looks like I'll be doing column 1 for week 6 next week. I have a feeling it's going to take me longer than 6 weeks to get to 100.

But on the bright side, I feel like I'm getting so much out of the pushups! My arms and shoulders look nice and toned, and because I've been doing pushups almost every other day, I have cut back on the heavier weights for now, and have been doing more cardio. As a result, I feel like things are toning up, like my abs and arms.

So maybe it's good for me to tack on some more weeks of pushups!

Wow, you ladies are very impressive! Becky, WTG on the chest presses! And Tami, you go girl! I don't think I'd be able to do PUB AND pushups, no way!
