100 push up challenge Wednesday

Day off for me as far as the push ups go, no soreness to report - YEAH!! I did Step Blast with StretchMax #1 today. Can't wait for tomorrow to see how well the added push ups go.

Same here...off day for pushups today, no soreness from yesterday, at least not yet!

Last night before bed I was looking in the mirror and I thought my posture looked better. I wonder if it's the pushups? I hope so...yay!

Today was day 1 week 2 b/c of the weekend. I did the push-ups at the end of my workout ~ after chest press~ ouch! so I barely eeked out the minimum of 35 total.

Tami ~ hope the puppies are doing better! You sound like you handled things very well !

Gettin' better. I did 10/10/8/8/13. Will do my retest on Friday to see where I start at on week 3. 1/3 of the way there. Gonna make it!!

Checking in today even though I did mine yesterday! Forgot to post my results...I did Week 2, Day 3, 3rd. Column...

I am due to retest before I start week 3. I will either do my retest tonight or tomorrow. I KNOW I have improved because when I started, I only did 13 with good form. There have been days during the past week I did 15, 16, 17 & 18 in a row! And, that is after I did the first 4 levels too! Yeah!!! I am struggling by the time I get finished but I am doing it! I think so much of this is mental that is pushing me beyond. Whatever, I am happy! I am curious to see what column I fall into after I test. I see day 1 of week 3 has you doing 25!!!! Yikes! Stay tuned and keep up the good work everyone...it is paying off.
