Good morning. Sorry for the lack of posts over the weekend, I had a 3 day weekend & didn't get on the computer.
Today was pyramid upper body so I did week 4 day 1 of the push up challeng
16 - 13 - 13 stopped there but will tack on the other 11 - then my max later. I did good on pyramid until those biceps - WOW!!
