No push-ups today! Yeah!!! Lots of DOMS from yesterday! I did do a new to me exercise that I really liked......
it takes a partner and 2 elastic workout bands
you cross your bands with eachother, turn your backs to eachother, step forward until the bands are tense, then you simulate a push-up motion, pushing the handles forward as the tension increases....a fun alternative
now that I think about it, you could do this alone if you had somewhere secure to attach your band
Anyway, thought I'd share it with you.
