100 push up challenge Monday

Did my 2 week test yesterday, made 16 push ups. NOt as well as I had hoped but a definate improvement. My do week 3 day 1 today, may wait until tomorrow. I'm waiting for the new rotation to be posted. I did Hardcore Extreme today #2.
 
This week is going to be screwy for me. Today I'll do week 2, day 3 and then plan on testing Thursday but probably won't start week 3 until Monday. I'm giving myself tomorrow and Wednesday off, my birthday & 20th anniversary are back to back.

Did week 4 day 2 today: 25/29/25/25/36. I took longer rests in between sets today (2.5 - 3 minutes) and that seemed to help a bit. The last few reps were not pretty, but I got them done. Followed with some pilates.

OK - here I am :p Knowing my test from before, I had to do the bare minimum but considering that I could not even do 1 a couple of months ago, I feel pretty good! On the toes -2/2/2/2/3 with 1 minute rests in between. Looking forward to getting some of the impressive numbers you gals are posting ;) Double "Happy's" to Becky!
