Hi Randi,

Have you tried to use DB's or those push-up helpers? (Can't remember the name right now....too early! :) )

I still have to check-out the new schedule before I start my sets today. Have a good one!

My day 3 will be tomorrow since Muscle endurance is on the rotation. I have done some of mine with weights but thought they actually felt easier w/o them. Of course I'm still early in so my #'s aren't as high as yours.

I'm also going to wait an extra day and do Day 3 on Saturday. I did a circuit workout yesterday with a few pushups, so I'm going to wait another day.
And, yes, my wrists also hurt!
 
I ended up skipping the pushups yesterday. I borrowed Kick Max from a friend and did it for the first time yesterday. It was longer than I expected. I'll do the pushups today.

Now that I've seen the revised plan on the workout, I still haven't decided if I'm going to skip to week 3 today or just continue to week 2 and work from there. I'll see how I feel later when I do it I guess.

And yep, my wrists hurt too. I don't like using dumbbells. I wonder if pushup handles would be better.

Hi Girlies! I did my challenge this morn. I am on Week 2, Day 1, 3rd. Column. Here are my numbers:

Today's schedule actually has me doing LESS push-ups total then Wed. schedule? Guess there is a method to the madness? My wrists are a bit sore but not bad. I was actually worried as I suffer from carpel tunnel off & on but so far, I am doing okay. I do have the push-up handles and also find that they seem to make P-U's harder. I am thinking once I reach 100 PUSH-UPS, I may start using them again and challenge myself more. (That will probably be in a YEAR or TWO! :p) Good Luck everyone and keep at it. I feel even if we don't reach our 100 in 6 weeks, it is still all beneficial. We are doing the best we can, even if some of you are using your knees. It's ALL GOOD! Randi, GREAT job!!! 27 push-ups in a row? WOW!!!
 
Week 2 day 1 today and I cheated. Was supposed to do it yesterday but I have a cold and my nose wouldn't quit running so I moved it today. Not quite 100% today so I did it on my knees. 9/8/6/4/10. Will repeat today tomorrow on my toes.

No worries, Nan! Just do what you can do...heck, if it had been me I probably would have skipped today altogether (as a matter of fact, I did skip pushups yesterday!) Hope you're feeling better soon!

I did week 3 day 1: 17/19/15/15/20. It was HARD! I almost didn't make it. I do have some DOMS in my back and shoulders from doing KickMax for the first time yesterday (I can't believe I got DOMS with no weight!), so that may have something to do with it. I'll see how it goes next time; I may go back to week 2.

On the bright side, my wrists didn't hurt quite as much. Maybe the extra day of rest was helpful.
