10 pounds !!!!! Friday Nov 2

tneah, that's my tinfoil hat, to guard against the evil mind controlling rays of aliens and government officials.

I gave blood today, so no workout tonight. I also came home from work and ate everything in sight. But I did try on my "skinny" jeans, and they fit, so not all is bad news. I'll get back on track tomorrow.
 
Ahhh, the skinny jeans trick I myself have so often used!;) Works like a charm.

Edit: I made myself clean the house all day-everywhere except the kitchen to keep from scarfing everything in sight, I am such a good girl.:*
 
Well weigh in was not as bad as could have been scale says 1lb less. We will have to see how next week is.

Congrats to everybody. Looks like everyone had successes this week that will show upon the scale eventually.

Well today was a bad eating day. If I could just learn to not cook. Or at least put all the really bad recipes in a locked box somewhere. This morning for the kids I made my Grandmas recipe for banana bread. I had 2 large pieces slathered with butter just like Grandma use to serve it. Right now that sounds gross and actually makes me feel a little quezy. I think I will let the kids and DH have all the rest.

Tonight on my agenda is BM2. I love this workout. I just need to find something decent for supper. Right now my fridge has sausages, eggs, butter and banana bread. Darn me for letting DH do the shopping this week.
