OK, seems like there was a good response to the "daily challenge" thread, and as suggested, I think this would be a great daily challenge for tomorrow !!

For me, that is 64oz, on top of what I drink during my workout.

So let us know how you do with the water tomorrow ! FOLLOW UP ON THIS THREAD.

And if you have any ideas for daily challenges, post them here so I can incorporate them ! ;-) Lets see how this all goes !
 
I am in too, and have encourages all my friends in my regular check-in to join as well.

I have only had coffee so far, and a few sips of water.

ok, I am in too ! (I should be, I started the thread). Had some fluids with my workout but that does not count, so I still have 64oz to go !!

I always have CRYSTAL LIGHT with my water...it is the only way I can drink it. I wish I could drink it plain though !

I start everyday with 24 oz. And two cups of coffee. I'm on my way to morning break, which includes 20 oz of water and another cup of coffee. Can you say "Potty break?"

Me too, me too! I seriously have to take a "potty break" every 20 minutes when I drink a lot of water, so I tend to not drink, as much as that can be really disruptive to work and life in general.

I managed to drink the 24 oz of water before 5pm last night that I wanted to (I filled the bottle at 3pm) and will be sure to get in my 64oz today. Ugh. It'll certainly be a challenge, but I'm ready for it!

I saw a T.V. programme that tested the benefit of drinking 2litres of water a day as advocated by the health professionals. They tested the theory out on a set of twins, one drinking according to her thirst and the other drinking 2lt. At the end of the trial they found no different in appearance, condition of skin and hair, and weight between the two.

I don't think I could drink the reccommended daily intake if I was in a job where I did not have access to the lavatory. It is probably just as good for you to eat food high in water content like fruits and you'll spend less time on the potty.

No problem here! I drink water like crazy all day. I don't exactly measure but I have a huge cup I tote around with me and fill up all day long. I'm atleast halfway there already.

As far as the bladder goes, I think your body gets used to it over time.

2 quarts down, 1 to go. You know, this really is not a challenge for me at all. I like Robin's idea about a "no cussing" challenge. Now that would be hard ;) LOL!!
 
God, guys. First I have to drink a crap load of water and then I have to cut out my truck-driver mouth? I'm not sure I can handle the pressure. This is tough. :p

C'mon Allison. We are making you a better person. A better person who has to pee alot.

I just finished lunch, another 20 oz of water down. That makes, hmmmm,64 I believe. I'll have another 20 or so during my workout later on.

I'm with Michele. This is just what I do in a day. Lets see a really hard challenge, like Only Saying Nice Things About Others Challenge. Or maybe No Shopping Today Challenge.

I have no problem dropping F bombs while on the h2o program. I also find it keeps me awake since I have to run to the potty to waz every 15 minutes. I know, TMI
