I think that 10-10-10 is really comparable in intensity to Body Max's Step Segment. 10-10-10 is 25 min., Body Max is 24. 10-10-10 does start out with kickbox, which is less intense than hi/lo or step, but Cathe throws these bursts in their that get your heart rate up! 10-10-10 is the hardest CTX cardio in my opinion. There are intervals at the end of the hi/lo that have me begging for the step section to start! Just when I think I can't take anymore, it lightens up for a second, then builds right back up again. Body Max's step section is my favorite Cathe step section. It is like 10-10-10 in that, just when I think I can't do another Power Horse, she slows it down just a bit until it kicks back into high gear. P.S. when I do 10-10-10, I always put the hi/lo from Power Circuit at the beginning so that my cardio ends up being about 32 minutes long. And I love hi/lo so it just works well for me. I think you'll like 10-10-10!
