10 1/2wk Countdown...

This is my 2 1/2 RT.
I'm just finishing up a CLX rotation in about 2 weeks. I've started running again, did my first 5K about 3 weeks ago and have another one in two weeks. Due to all this activity, I've lost about 22 pounds, so all my old friends won't recognize me.

How much running are you doing? Congrats! You must feel fantastic! :D

Wendy, I started training for a 5K about a month and a half ago and run anywhere from 1 1/2 to 5 miles about 4 times a week. My poor step has cobwebs!

Originally I was going to start STS all over again but I just read Cathe's June rotation and decided to go with that. It has a nice variety based on endurance which I think will help me at the RT. :p The rotation starts off with STS disc one which I just finished...I was able to do almost all of the push ups on my toes! Before STS I could barely do one. That felt great!
