1/25 Back in the Game

Hey ladies!!!

Bobbi, I am so with you on the insomnia, it's not even funny. It's 3 a.m. and I haven't slept a wink. Today has been a bad/stressful day. Lots of drama, some fighting, etc., etc.. I am exploding to tell the stories, but then I will sound like a sh%t stirrer and it would take 20 posts :)

Lori, good luck with your daughter. I know this isn't really a comparison, but we can't train our dogs for anything. We are good to them, we discipline them, we try so hard! but they just act how they decide they want to act. ESPECIALLY when we decide to take them somewhere... Then they do what they want WHERE they want. Not cool.

My workout yesterday wasn't great... I did do most of CTX Kickbox again, but so many things got in the way that I couldn't continue. Tomorrow ... ummmm... today... is a new day :) I will actually do something worthwhile! Ok, I'm going to attempt sleep now. I'm getting a little punch drunk and probably sounding silly. Have a great morning and I will check in later.

Lori, have a great day and stick to your guns! We are going to have a battle around here too. These kids think I am a maid and that's fine, but if that's the way it is , no tv, computer, PS2 , money or social life. I have had my fill of griping and it's time to get serious! No more complaining, action! LOL! Little buggers, give them an inch and they take a mile!

Sara, I have done this so many ways--unable to fall asleep, unable to stay asleep and now early, waking. It usually passes before I lose my mind but talk about punch drunk! I can't talk, think or get anything done!

But I actually slept 7 straight hours last night, first time in months! I was too stinking tired to do more than piddle around in circles yesterday and I think I may be making this worse by stressing about it so much!

But enough of that!

I am doing SH L&S with Imax 2 this morning. I am kicking cardio into high gear as I prepare to switch from heavy strength work to moderate. I am happy with my weight and I am getting some muscle too. At long last, shoulder definition! Now I want to pinpoint that ab flab and burn it!

Hi Guys,
Hows everyone do'in? I didn't get to check the site at all yesterday(besides for yesterday morning)I got up and did a 25 min run on my treadmill.It was like the BFL run except I went a little longer.Thats the only exercise that I have done in two days.I brought home S,J&P video,Imax2 and CTX upper body.I think I am just going to do S,J&P and then head home again.Its starting to snow and I want to get home before dark.
My daughter was alot better yesterday.i know its only been one day but its an improvement.I know most kids are like it and I try not to be to hard on her but there is only so much I can take.Its like we are continously giving and we get nothing in return.I think she thinks we HAVE to buy her things.
Well,today was going to be my first day of trying to eat healthy.But guess who at white toast and a fried egg for breakfast! I didn't eat the yolk though.Anyway,I gotta go...my dad is yelling out to me....he wants his hair cut.He is telling me to come up stairs like I am still a little girl.It probably rots him that I am not listening as fast as he would like!:)

It's me again......I'm back from my parents house.I tried to workout at my parents house but my mom was determined to get me home as fast as possible.It started to snow and she thought that it was the end of the world.So,I stopped S,J,&P after the first floor section and I did the ab section.
Of course the drive back wasn't to bad.It was just my mother trying to get rid of me:)
BUT I just finished a hour run on the treadmill.The first 1/2 I kept a steady pace and the second half I did a more interval type of run.
Now I must go hop in the shower.Hop everyone is having a good weekend.

I'm making today a cleaning day. There are four little boys playing PS2 in the family room where I work out. I am going to do S&H CB and BT tomorrow and go into monday as I have it planned. Skipping two days of cardio won't kill me and if I feel energetic after the two Slow/Heavies, I can tack on some cardio then. I ain't holding my breath! So Lori, you are STILL working otu for me! And I thank you for it!

Hi Ladies,
I need my house cleaned!!!!!! I may do it tonight,or tomorrow.Tonights superbowl so DH probably won't be home.I don't like people being around when I am cleaning.
I just got home from the cabin and boy,did I eat last night!!!!!!!!x( x( x( I always pick the worst days to think that I can start eating clean.BUT today I am going hardcore.I do not care who baked what cookies,I don't care if that bar is new out,I don't care if these are the best chips that you have ever eaten...they ain't go'in near my lips! I don't know if my period is around the corner or not but it was crazy yesterday.My mom gave me some cookies to take home and she had them cut in halves.Of course I thought it was fine to eat 7 of them cause really it wasn't that much.And that was before we went to the cabin and the cabin is like eat your face off central.
The girl I run with went to the cabin and I don't think I ever realized how skinny she is but boy can she eat.She is 5'6" and weighs 108.She needs to gain some weight actually but she is one of those curised people who can't gain weight.What do you mean you CAN"T gain weight...here I'll show you...just watch me:) Anyway,lucky her I guess.
I am planning on doing a long cardio today.Try and burn off some of that food I ate last night.I am feeling pretty lazy now though.If I get time I am going to work upper body to.Something I have been meaning to do for a couple of days.
I really got to sit down and right up a rotation.I am just doing whatever,whenever.

Howdy! I made up my skips minus 1 cardio! Yee ha! I did Slow & Heavy Chest/back/planks/triceps/biceps and abs and then tacked on Rhythmic Step which I still hate! It is so hard, so many moves, so little coordination! But I wanted to see if all tree workouts on that disc were screwed up or only my favorite one. RS was fine. I have to see if MIC's ok but zi already ordered a new RS DVD. Why could it not have been that one that skipped. Boo!

Feels good when you catch up doesn't it?
I did a 70 min run today.I am so tired.And I think I am PMSing.I get really moody a week before my period.I had a little nap today but I still fell tired.I have a bit of a headache as well.:-(
Not sure what I am going to do tomorrow.
