HI Everyone,
I hope you don't mind me starting this one but the other one was getting kinda long...and it is a new week.
I had a good weekend.My rotation isn't going very well though.I even thought about doing a rotation that involved the Bowflex but I used it last week and I wasn't sore the next day.When I am not sore the day after, I feel like I have wasted my time.I guess I could of went heavier....oh,I don't know what Im doing
Anyway,I have been just doing whatever I feel like(as usual) and doing a body part when I feel like its been neglected.
I took yesterday off but I made up for it today..you knew I would
I did back,Chest and Shoulders of CTX.I am going to save the bic and tric for tomorrow.I had planned on doing 1/2 of Imax1 and a few runs but I got involved in the running and I love the music that I have playing on my MP3 player.So I did 2 intervals and a 80 min run.My plan was to get in more ab work but I keep pushing my workouts to the last minute and I never get my ab work in.I may have to do abs before cardio.
Anyway,how is everyone else doing? Dying to hear from ya.
