Brighton: What a mix of things you had going on this weekend. You are right--no more funerals!!!! Nice run.

Today's work out plan is some EXT time at the gym this morning and then an upper body work out at home this afternoon. I am splitting up the work outs mainly because DH will be gone for several hours this afternoon so I'll probably need something to keep me busy/eat up some time later. My NON work out plan is a visit to Target...just for fun...this morning before DH leaves! :D
 
Well my plan got a big monkey wrench put in it this morning :eek: so I had to move on to plan B! I felt very sick as I was getting ready to leave for Target/the gym so I didn't go. I laid down/napped for a while first. This helped relieve me of my symptoms and I felt like a new woman. This seems to be a trend for me lately. :rolleyes: Anywho....I went to Target later in the morning and then came home and did Muscle Endurance Upper Body Premix sans the ab work. Then tonight I banged out TJ Fat Blaster (30 min interval cardio) and core work at the end of the Kickin' Core DVD. Great work outs! Now I'm nice and tired out and ready to curl up in bed with my book until I pass out. I'm late...I wanted to be in bed ALREADY so I'd better be going! :)
