Hello Girls.
Today was supposed to Lean Circuit 2 but I "tied one on" last night so I didn't have the oomph for lifting today. It took me all day to shake the hangover I had. UGH. That being said I did about 20 minutes of cardio with the BBC series doing half of Joey's cardio followed by half of Nadia's. Short n sweet but it worked! Oh and I added a 2 minute plank on for a little ab/core work at the end. Man did that hurt!
Jackie: I have never tried to do the SS work outs in 2 parts as they are not chaptered well so I figured it would be more of PIA then it's worth to try to find the spot I left off in to finish the work out. I just got Amy's new KB work out in the mail that I pre-ordered a while back. I don't even want to preview it. I refuse to be tempted until CLX is done!
Glad you are sticking with lighter weights until you feel you are ready to lift heavy again. I was getting nervous during the Push phase because of the troubles you and Cathy had. I am glad I was able to finish the phase without any trouble. PHEW! Congrats on the 5k! You did awesome! I am considering entering a few 5k this season just to get me running on the road. I am so bad about getting outside. 
Brighton: I don't have a pizza stone but then again...I wouldn't know what to do with one anyway as I don't know how to make a pizza!
So glad the allergies have backed off and you can breath again. I don't really suffer from allergies but when I have a cold it is VERY hard for me to sleep at night if I am stuffed up. Can't wait for you to give in to CLX! 
Okay, it's 9pm. Time to get ready to hit the bed and read for a bit.
