    Hi! I'm new to Cathe's Videos

    I've never used one of her videos, but would like to get one soon. I already run 3.4 miles 2 - 3 times a week and strength train 1 - 2 times a week. I don't want to start out to hard. Can you recommend a good starter video? Thanks!
