    Trevor- when you switch do you do one set one/one set another (i.e. flyes/presses/flyes/presses)? You're also doing 2 sets heavy, 1 set light? I was doing this w/the S&H series where I'd do the first 2 sets heavy and double timet the last set w/light weights. Would this work? Brenda
