    This may be a really basic question, but I thought you were supposed to pyramid up and then back down. Do you only do one and not the other?

    I just wanted to tell Cathe that I just tried her pyramid DVD for the first time this week and all I can say is WOW! I have never felt so pumped in my life. I think my breasts were even perkier (I know I could feel them for sure!) Thank you Cathe for supplying your great workouts to keep us...
