    YES!!! These are close to my ideal suggestions as well (though I would also like a core stability tape with floorwork and ball work).

    YES!!! Step Kickbox! I also love the idea of an interval kickboxing workout. Or maybe as someone else suggested, a Maximum Intensity Kickbox that is half on, half off the step.

    YES!!! I love the idea of a core stability / functional fitness / flexibility workout with medicine ball, stability ball, and floorwork. This is a great idea!
