    I was concerned, too, about protein but it turns out I'm actually getting a lot more protein with a high fiber diet than I was before! I eat a lot of beans and I've had a bit of the gas problem but I've only been doing this for 1.5 weeks now. It does seem better now, though. It actually HURT...

    OK, Robin - I seem to be following you around! I'm starting to feel like I'm stalking someone I'd never heard of a week ago. Apparently we're into all the same things - Cathe, the FIRM, the 20/30 diet and T-tapp. Everytime I think I've hit on something new and interesting, there you are! Scary!
