    I, too, don't use the regular band that Cathe uses (although I have one). But I purchased the Versa Loop from Tracy Staehle's website (I believe it's similar to the one you are using). It is so much easier to use than having to knot the band that Cathe uses. Julie

    If it's like last year, she did a kick box workout Saturday morning, then a sculpting class before lunch and then a step workout at the end of the day. The next morning we did another kick box type workout - similar to the one the day before (but with different things). Hope this helps!
