    We're filming!

I'm voting for minimal equipment. Since you mentioned the advanced workout would be like Bootcamp, I'm hoping the main workout will include upper body work segements as well. I don't mind having core work segments in the circuits--but on the dvd, you could just have a core-only premix again...

    Suggestions for Timesaver DVD

Instead of having only 5 fixed "Timesaver" premixes, could the dvd be set up so that we can mix and match the short cardio segments and the strength segments? With the workout blender dvd feature, we could just pick whatever cardio we wanted then one or two body parts to work on as desired for a...

    New Video Poll

I think Stylish Step aka Rhythmic Step II would be wonderful. I also would love a 60-minute heavy weight training workout, although I hope that you will design it so it can be easily broken into lower body and upper body sections. The Viper - Suggestion...

But...if another 1 minute of lower body work (from Boot Camp) was thrown into the Viper, the combo of strength work (1 min upper from BC, 1 minute lower from BC, 2 minute compound from Muscular Endurance) would be the same strength work combo on "Gauntlet." I like how the Viper has more of a...

    Suggestions? - Cardio and Weights

I vote for all upper body, moderate to heavy weights, as you suggested. There would only be 5 x 3 minutes of weights, so I would rather focus hard on upper body work instead of trying to do a little bit of everything in the short amount of time. Christina

    Classics DVD - Cover

The Classics cover looks great! BTW, is there any chance that the Cardio Hits dvd will ever be repackaged in a regular dvd case? Christina

    Suggestions please!

If each section taken from a tape is around 7-8 minutes long, maybe you could alternate ones with no planks and ones with planks on the vhs so people could do either one section per day after a workout or do two of them back to back without getting bored and without needing to rewind or ffwd. I...
