    like the Pyramids, CTX Upper Body, Leaner Legs and Legs and Glutes. My only disappointment in the Body Blast Series was there was no upper body workout. You are the queen of upper body. :) I can't get enough of your workouts Cathe. I love them all. Please keep them coming.
