I have been doing the new tapes for about 2 wks. I don't have a medicine ball - I use the 8lb db as shown in the tape for an alternative. I did buy a stability ball, but my DH did the tape with me and he used my 14" step that I use for my Firm videos. he said he could "feel it"!

i am also "near the la crosse area" - sparta to be exact. I just started doing cathe jan. 6, 2003 when i rec'd the new intensity series and power hour. the step tapes are hard for me, but I hope to be getting step heat soon to learn a few things!

I just bought the power hour tape and the intensity 6 pk - after reviewing her tape of power hour - how tall is that step she uses? The step I ordered from walmart will 0nly go 8 in. Cathe's looks at least 14 or higher. Please respond to my plea! I hope I didn't get the wrong step. I just...
