    I am doing the 5 month rotation =) Hahah yes there are so many pushups in meso1! Agree 100% STS is incredible...may wait a few weeks and then start it all over again lol .

    Hi all! I have been thinking about purchasing STS but I’m a little hesitant because of chin ups/pull ups and I don’t have a bar either. I’ve read the suggestions above for alternative moves…but I’m curious exactly how often this move comes up in the program? I see one of the original commenter...

    Oh thats a great idea about putting an index card right in the case! I just got the “strong and sweaty”series so it’s a perfect time to start recording my weights Thanks

    Haha you know I started with Cathe dvds that required no equipment…just recently I caved and bought a Step. My Cathe addiction is growing . Not sure if I’m ready to tackle STS yet(equipment heavy). I do have a few dvds from Xtrain tho so I will def check that out . Thanks again
