Looking for an instructor who is comparable to Charlene Prickett for step. I miss her type of step aerobics. Getting older and finding I can't do the advanced stuff anymore. Have two of her step dvd's but she's retired and as a result she doesn't sell them anymore.

Did research on barbells available to Canadians and so far there are none with those measurements available. The smallest one in length are 5ft. and up. Would I be taking a risk using a 5ft. barbell? I can get a 59" one. Still would be 7" too long for the fit tower.

Would like to have the tower for barbell work but noticed that the desired length for a good balance with plates and bar is from 48" - 52" I can't seem to find any barbell with those measurements in Canada. The one I own is 60 in. What to do now? Any help with my query would be much appreciated.
