Great...thanks. I was doing another weight workout where they referred to the amount of weight on each end, so I wanted to be sure. Feel better now about how much weight I've been using!
Been doing pyramid lower body and not sure of how much weight to use. Cathe says she is using 30, 35, 40, etc...but is that on each end of the barbell or all together? Seems like a lot if it is that weight times 2.
