I finally got around to doing this workout today and it was a lot of fun! I love how the mobility moves flow together perfectly. I really liked the up, back lunge, adductor stretch. And the side swing stretch into scarecrow. Super excited for the new series!!
Thank you both! That helps a lot! I agree, I feel better with one foot on the floor too! I really like the idea of substituting with some pillows if I'm looking for an extra challenge!

This workout was so much fun. It really put me in the Halloween spirit this morning! Everyone looked amazing and Cathe's costume was a perfect choice! I loved all the spooky references and how Cathe kept character throughout the workout! Awesome as always! Hooah!
