    Alternative to barbell Hip thrust

    I have an inexpensive belt that I purchased on Amazon so I can do the heavier hip thrusts (my barbell is an Olympic curl bar so the bar is not straight making it impossible to use for thrusts). I found it worked very well with hanging a heavy dumbbell in each side loop.

    I've always used the workout list at the beginning of the Cathe calendars. If you have the calendar, you can use that list to double check yours. Back when I was building my Cathe DVD library the calendar helped me figure out what I was missing and still wanted.
