How do you store your downloads?

Mine are stored on my computer. My husband bought it for me and I know it has a huge hard drive--in the TBs--but I don't know the exact number. My AppleTV in my workout room is connected to it. If I had to do it from a small screen (anything other than my TV) I wouldn't stream or use downloads...

    FitTower workouts

I love my Fit Tower and re-subscribed to Cathe Live just so I could try out the Live ones and see if they are worth purchasing (and so far most of them are). I have an idea for a Live (or DVD) Fit Tower workout--PHA! I also love the PHA workouts. One using the Fit Tower could be fun.

I love my Fit Tower and I would love more different/varied workouts that use my Fit Tower. I have an idea for a Fit Tower workout--what about a PHA workout using the Fit Tower?

Plantar Fasciitis and Cute Shoes- Is it possible?

I don't have plantar fasciitis but I have 2 plates and 12 screws in each of my heels, so I have had to make a lot of changes to my footwear similar to what someone with PF would have to do. For me, I live primarily in tennis shoes. I have tried a lot of different tennis shoes but have found Hoka...

Hi Anne, Here is my timeline. Mammo/ultrasound showed something suspicious. One week later biopsy. Biopsy results--next day. One week later met with surgical oncologist. 2 weeks later--mastectomy. 4 weeks later, chemo port surgery. One week later chemo starts. And that is where I am now. Hope...

    Breast Cancer

Hello Lily64, I know this is a late question but I just started chemo and it has become relevant. I got my first chemo infusion yesterday. I took a claritin yesterday. I have the "mobile" neulasta injector which will deploy at 7pm tonight. I just took my second dose of claratin and will take a...

    Breast Cancer

Thanks again everyone. I am home from the hospital now. I am going for walks every day and doing range of motion exercises with my arm. I've also been doing stationary lunges, squats and plie squats. I'll stick with that until I get my drain out then I will add some barre exercises and some of...

    Breast Cancer

Murphy, thank you so much for all of the wonderful information. I went to my local American Cancer Society website and I was shocked at all they do offer! No, my doctor didn't mention chemo-pause (though I did just google it) but she said they would be forcing me into early menopause through...

    Breast Cancer

Murphy--what an amazing and scary story! Are you cancer-free now? Are you still receiving treatment? I sincerely hope it is gone from you forever. I do have a question for you. My genetic testing came back negative and the cancer is only in one breast. So now the decision whether to do a double...

    Breast Cancer

Thank you everyone for your well wishes. It does mean a lot. Even tho I don't post here as often as I used to, I still visit to see what everyone is up to. Obviously no one wants cancer, but I also know it is very treatable and has one of the highest survival rates of any cancer when caught...
