    I always notice that Cathe and her crew are always smiling and so happy when doing their workouts. Has anyone besides me tried to do that while working out??? It's really difficult! I'm sure no one would want to see the faces I make while working out! :p Anyway, that's my silly question, now...

    I combine my Hot Pants and my Cathe workouts and I love the results! They really make you sweat!! I don't understand how people wear them all day long though because by the time I get my workout done, they are soaked! I do like the fact that you don't feel the moisture til you take them off...
