This morning, I did Live #454 Upper Body Birthday party - Great workout. I will admit, for some of the unilateral moves, it really challenged my coordination - I loved that! I suspect it is a lot like the recent #570 Live - one dumbbell workout - which I will need to get as well ;-)

Braillie, you are correct the USB port is where you insert the flash drive -- the same as on your computer. I would suspect , at this point, most all DVD players have USB ports; nevertheless when I purchased mine last year I specifically looked for one with the port.

@nckfitheart2009 I completely agree - the large discs are the way to go. I would much prefer a barbell if I had the large discs as I could simply 'roll' the weighted barbell over my legs to position over my hips.
