    Cathe, I saw on Amazon that a 90 minute dvd is included with your 4, 6, and 8 lb Kettlebells/medicine ball. Is this not a kettlebell workout video?

    Anyone have Cathe's med ball?

    Did you get the 90 minute DVD with yours? I saw it on Amazon and am considering getting it since it's Cathe doing the workout with the kettlebell.
