    I have the lighter gloves without the wrist support. My hands and fingers are very small and the size small fits perfectly. However the gloves themselves are just OK. I am glad I bought them on sale but I would not buy again. I suspect they are going to fall apart sooner than later.

    Do you have a weighted vest? If you can put it on safety without harming your wrist, you could use that plus glute bands for added lower body resistance in squats and lunges.     We have an LG washer (front load) and dryer from Costco. Our second set of LGs and they have served us well. We are a large family and run lots of loads of laundry.

    I personally would select a smooth tile or laminate surface in your budget instead of carpet. You can purchase puzzle mats or a gorilla mat to place over the surface and provide more cushion for your joints.
