Is there any one here know and willing to review Lindsey Bomgren, the non-stop chatty youtuber trainer behind "Nourish Move Love" channel?
Most of her "short" workout series (2 weeks, 20-25 min each) have clear functional accent and she is announcing a new workout series called "Athlete25" for the new year, yet another functional type, to be played with her husband as assistant!

NML workouts are time-friendly and Lindsay programs them to get a lot done in around 30 minutes. She was a volleyball player in college and her workouts have an athletic flair to match her background. I find her workouts to be more metabolic than strength-based. She incorporates moves that get your heart rate up. Her workouts are typically timed circuits that get repeated 2 or 3 times with a slightly longer break before moving to the next circuit. She usually works out with a friend (her employee) who provides low impact modifications. I like to sprinkle in her workouts here and there. I have done a few of her 2 week programs but I cannot do more than 2 weeks of only NML without needing a break. I have done the 3 month STS rotation several times but cannot fathom sticking to only NML workouts for that long. I appreciate the free workouts, and will continue to use them on occasion, but would not pay for her membership.
