    I'm glad you asked about clean eating. It's not anything I really aspire to, and I agree with your question "why". (Darn it!) But it is interesting to consider and I may borrow Dr. Oz's book from the library to further investigate.

    what do you count?

    I'm with Phyllis. I don't count anything, and I'm teaching myself not to step on the scale umpteen times a day. I am trying to watch what I eat, (as in watch it go in my mouth), and excercise. Also, snaps to my husband because he is a fantastic coach and sounding board.
